VQV Zipper (Tonglu Yutai Zipper Co., Ltd.) is backed by a professional zipper manufacturing base established in 1995 in Tonglu County, Hangzhou — 12,000 m² of production floor, over ¥50 million invested, and more than 20 million zippers a year.

Our story

A factory, not a trading company

Over 90% of our team has more than 10 years in the zipper industry. Through decades of supplying the garment supply chain — including suppliers to brands like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, H&M, Guess and Levi's — we've built deep expertise in manufacturing and after-sales service.

How we got here

1995

Zipper manufacturing base established in Tonglu County, Hangzhou.

2000

Began developing zipper products to European environmental standards — later certified under Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ISO9001, ISO14001 and SGS.

2015

Invested over ¥5 million in metal surface treatment facilities — the first certified metal surface treatment zipper manufacturer in the Hangzhou region.

2016

Recognized as a "Zhejiang Technology-based SME."

2020

Certified as a "National High-tech Enterprise" — with self-developed rose gold zipper teeth and an automatic warning device for ribbon looms.

Today

200+ automated machines, 20M+ zippers a year, exporting to garment and bag manufacturers worldwide.
