Metal surface treatment

Tape weaving & dyeing

Ribbon looms with our self-developed automatic warning device; Pantone color matching with color-fastness testing.

Slider die-casting & coating

What types of zippers do you manufacture?

Metal, nylon coil, resin (plastic/vislon), invisible and waterproof zippers in sizes #3, #5, #8 and #10 — open-end, closed-end and two-way, as finished zippers or long chain.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on zipper type, size and customization. We support trial orders and sampling for new customers — send your specs and we'll confirm MOQ and pricing within 24 hours on business days.

Can you make custom zippers with our logo?

Yes. Custom logo pullers and sliders (die-cast, engraved or painted), Pantone-matched tape colors, and special teeth finishes including our self-developed rose gold teeth.

What certifications do you hold?

Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ISO9001, ISO14001 and SGS international testing. Our in-house lab uses the same testing apparatus and programs as SGS.

What are your lead times and shipping options?

Lead time depends on order size and customization; samples ship first by express (DHL/FedEx), bulk orders by air or sea to your port. Tell us your destination and we'll quote door-to-door if needed.
